Post a message on a local group’s list with “Offer: Office style file cabinet” or “Wanted: Fax machine” in the subject line and a brief description in the message body. Once the item’s taken, another post with “Taken: Office style file cabinet” completes the transaction.
Planet Ark and Others have National Recycling Week (In Australia) once a year and this includes the event “The Big Aussie Swap” that occurs in most major capital cities and regional centres …. you swap old for new or old for old !!!!

Cleanup Australia www.cleanup.org.au website has information about how and where to dispose of old computers mobile phones etc and all other manner of recyclables.

Blessings Beloved Hearts
We wish you well in this time of challenge in your life. Look only at the light that is within your own heart. Release attachment to that which is occurring around you. Look not to the outside but within to receive answers to your choices that are in front of you. The heart of Wisdom is open to all. Do not reflect that which is not in your heart for this will create anxiety/indecision in your life. Look within to be guided in this time of transition. The gateways of light are opening to you and they support and honour you.
They will guide you on the path that will bring fulfillment to your life. Sit in quietness and go within. Allow your body to relax. Allow your mind to relax. Ask your question and wait gently for the answer to appear. Wait in peace and in knowing.
This will guide you in your life. The answer lies within you.
The meditation:
A beautiful pink crystal heart begins to descend down into your energy field now. It stops in front of your heart chakra. This beautiful pink crystal heart begins to soften….. melt and merge into your heart chakra now. Just breathe this in now. Breathing gently and easily, gently and easily. Take your time with this. Just breathing it in gently and easily.
As this occurs it also begins to ignite a beautiful golden diamond of light around your entire energy field. This begins to allow your whole auric field to soften and to open. Your emotional body begins to open and the beautiful pink soft loving light immerses through this body, flows out through this field, allowing the love to flow out through your emotional body…..through all of it. Gently and easily. Taking a moment for this to move through your whole body now. Breathing and receiving this now.
Beautiful crystals of light ignite through your emotional body illuminating the pathways …. Lighting up these pathways. Gently breathe as this occurs. Just breathing now. This travels out through your energy field and begins to create a column of light that moves up through your higher chakras to your higher self of the light. Igniting this column of light. Breathing as this occurs. Just breathing allowing this to ignite fully. Once again breathe and take your time with this beloved. Gently and easily.
As it does so the light is drawn deeply into your central channel your central column (the centre of this column) and ignites the light with in you even more deeply. Continuing to breathe and receive. Taking your time again with this now.
More crystals are being placed in this golden diamond of light around your energy field…. activating it a little more. Breathing. Breathe and take your time with this. Let it gently integrate within you.
Your energy field is opening to allow you to align all your lower bodies to your light body. It gently helps to align this in a graceful way. Just breathing and receiving. That which is appropriate for you is being done. Breathing now beloved. Take your time. Allow some minutes for this to occur. Breathing ….just breathing this gently through your being. Once again taking your time with this now.
Now …. a stream of rainbow light begins to move up through your energy field from below your feet. It draws all energies to begin to balance and ground – allowing you to deeply align and ground your energies into the heart of Mother Gaia. Allow your energies your energy body to slowly gently to receive this now. Take time to receive this now. Activating all your earth crystals in your central pillar. Take your time to feel and experience this. Gently and easily. Breathing. The crystals begin to be opened to allow your earth connection to strengthen. They are opening the seeds of the Tree of Life in your Earth connection. Creating a platform for deeper grounding of your energies. Opening the pathways of the Christ Consciousness to birth and activate within you more deeply. Allowing this to deeply open within you and to truly bless you.
Breathing as these ones bless you now. Taking your time with this. Taking some minutes for this to occur. Gently and easily. Just breathing and receiving.
Six beautiful tall majestic pink silver angels come forth around you now. They transmit beautiful pink and silver light swirls around and through to above you now.
These silver and pink upward spirals of energy in your field, raise and uplift you. As this occurs they also align and balance your energies. They consolidate and balance your energies. These beautiful angels begin to clear your chakras of any anomalies, blockages and imbalances. Breathing and receiving as this occurs. Wait til this feels complete. Just breathing and receiving.
This begins to complete now.
Your energy field begins to be cocooned in white light now. Gently cocooning your field …..sealing it with this white light. Infusing your energies with Peace and Love. Breathing and receiving.

Breathing and when you are ready bringing your awareness back to your physical body. Breathing right into the souls of your feet. Connecting you back to your physical body.
